I have used other services like this in the past. Mary was outstanding with knowledge and she was always pleasant and helpful with all my questions. Moving is extremely stressful, to everyone, but knowing your items are safe in a clean environment makes moving less stressful. I think the face of Access, Mary made this service the positive experience I had. I used Access 3 different times in the last 14 months, ever time I am met with a positive attitude and the right fit for my needs. Just a quick note, I managed service for an insurance company in 5 different provinces, to keep business and attract more business. So, I know phenomenal service when I see it! Thanks Access

10/10 would recommend! Mary at Access Storage has been absolutely sensational! She was professional, personal and so helpful in guiding me through the process of procuring a unit (holding it for me even) and then assisting me with payment and any other issues I came across along the way. Mary's customer service skills shines brightly in a world where people are quick to be rude, dismiss and ignore the customer. This storage unit is now out of town for me, but if I had to use a unit I would go back there in a heartbeat! Thanks so much Mary for all you help and patience, you are AMAZING!

Access Storage - Cobourg was amazing. The storage facility was clean and dry and safe. Their security system is top notch. I stored my belongings there for nine months and I am unpacking the boxes now and nothing smells musty. Yay. The Office Staff went above and beyond to help me in any way they could. Thank you. I strongly recommend Access Storage if you need to store your precious belongings.

I stored my home furnishings at Access Storage in Cobourg, for 10 weeks while I was between move out, and move in, dates. Everythng went without a single problem. The manager was great. She was approachable, friendly, and very helpful. My first month was free too, which made it very affordable. All in all, a very good experience.

Very clean, secure and easily accessible storage lockers. I was met with friendly and efficient service from the very first contact. The manager, Mary, always answered messages immediately if she was not available and found an immediate solution to all of my needs. Thank you!! Highly recommended! 😊
