I couldn't be happier with my experience. The whole process - from reservation and first contact to signing up and getting my access details - was incredibly professional and all done online super quick. Everyone I spoke to was great. It was a far smoother and more pleasant experience than I've ever had at other storage places.
The facility itself is excellent, secure, clean and well-maintained. I feel confident knowing my boat is stored here, and the customer service made the entire experience stress-free. Highly recommend.

This storage facility is clean and well maintained. Mary the Manager there is knowledgeable, helpful and friendly. She made the whole process easy and smooth. We are new to using this facility but so far highly recommend!!
