I have used other services like this in the past. Mary was outstanding with knowledge and she was always pleasant and helpful with all my questions. Super easy process for my first time ever using storage units! Very kind, respectful staff who were easy to understand and explained every detail clearly. Access Storage was the very first AND last facility we visited. We had the good fortune to meet Mary, the Manager, who was so incredibly informative with such a wonderful sense of humour. She sold her property to us! We viewed the available space with Mary and decided this was for us. We're thrilled with our decision and look forward to moving items in on Monday the 13th.
